How Bashar Ibrahim designs his properties and how he got his reputation

Bashar Ibrahim is a name that turns heads in the property game. His lavishly built properties have always had huge turnouts at their auctions, if they even get to auction before a buyer snaps them up. A mention of Ibrahim’s properties has real estate agents talking and potential buyers in a frenzy to be the first to put an offer on the beautifully designed houses. Contrary to popular belief, Ibrahim did not attend property development or design courses; he simple envisions an outlandish but functional house design and puts his vision to work.

His wealth garnered over a long career in business as the ex-CEO of business technology firm and various smart investments which paid off enormously has helped to fund his numerous constructions across the city. Nowadays, the property mogul tends to stay within the property market, however he has noted many times before that his experience within the business world has earned him a cutthroat reputation that has helped him immensely in the property game, an almost equally brutal market as the business world.

Ibrahim’s properties have always turned heads due to their incredible designs, many comparing them to being ‘Scarface-esque’. His properties are usually white in colour with intricate Italian or Greek designs hearkening back to ancient times. The house is usually supported by pillars with patterns that date back to the old ages. This incredible mix of modern and ancient designs never fails to turn heads at inspections. Furthermore, the properties usually have beautifully designed swimming pools which scream luxury. The pools are long, and usually have unique designs which are not seen commonly across the property market.

This includes designs which have black tiling giving the pool a unique and dark vibe to it. Surrounding these pools are lavish and luxurious looking courtyard areas which goes back to ancient times, and makes those using them feel like royalty. On the outsides of these areas are gardens usually with tropical designs and require high maintenance to uphold their design. However, when their designs are upheld, they are truly a sight to behold in combination with the courtyard areas and swimming pool. The interior designs of the houses really seal the deal in terms of luxury, with intricate chandeliers hanging from patterned ceilings and statues to finish off the look.

Moreover, the properties enjoy functionality with features such as large indoor theatres, heated floors throughout the entire house and incredibly designed luxury bathrooms made of marble. Some properties have even boasted more unique features such as indoor swimming pools with simplistic, modern designs. All of these in combination are a good reason as to why people are stunned by Ibrahim’s properties and designs and are willing to fork out small fortunes in order to purchase them.

Ibrahim’s reputation is also held highly, meaning that people will be willing to buy the properties just to say that they live in a property designed by Bashar Ibrahim. This reputation certainly has helped his properties to sell faster and for higher prices than what they were thought to be initially worth.

This reputation and his properties has gained him major wealth and the title of property mogul, and he is well-known in property circles around the country.

Conclusively, Bashar Ibrahim is a property mogul whose properties are famous across the property market and real estate industry. Buyers look to purchase his properties the moment they are listed as they have a reputation for being luxury and beautifully designed with incredible features, and they have been designed by Ibrahim himself who has a reputation that is worth boasting about.

Understanding the leadership style of George W. Bush

George-W-Bush

When you attempt to do a close examination of the style of leadership of George W. Bush, there are many factors that you need to consider. A lot of the information that needs to be looked at is based around what can be gleaned from those who worked closely with him during his presidency.

While many people from both sides of the political aisle have their own opinion about Bush, the people who were most closely associated with his leadership style have a more nuanced point of view. Following this nuanced picture of the ex-president of the United States is essential to getting to the truth of the matter.

In many ways, such as with decisions to go to war with Iraq or execute significant tax cuts, Bush was a headstrong and stubborn leader. In other areas, such as his policy regarding the state of North Korea, he has floundered and delayed dealing with problems upfront. He has also had no qualms about flipping his view on issues over time.

Many people have described Bush as having a good leadership style, where he would listen to advisors and ask a lot of questions. However, he was also criticized as being inflexible once he had made his mind up. Some people have said he was too reliant on ideology instead of following realistic courses of action based in clear thought.

However, Bush ended up finding a leadership style that seemed to work for the most part. Bush had a clear vision and stuck to it, even if that vision was disagreed with by most. He would not allow matters to drift unresolved, even if the resolution was unpopular and not based on realistic thinking.

The defining moment of Bush’s presidency was the 2001 September 11 terrorist attacks, where there is still debate around the actions he took in the aftermath.

Why was Hillary Clinton unlikeable as a candidate?

Hillary Clinton

While many people never expected Donald Trump to become president of the United States, his victory seemed more likely when you considered what he was up against. Hillary Clinton was considered the ‘safe’ choice for Democrats to run, and there was an air of arrogance about the fact they believed she could automatically beat Trump.

Trump was seen as such an unwinnable candidate that Clinton was arrogant from the start about her inevitable victory. However, Hillary had her fair share of skeletons in her closet that were brought up during the election campaign that made her increasing unpalatable.

Hillary had a provable history of political corruption and simply riding the wave of the corrupt system. Donald Trump seemed to many like an outsider who would, at least spitefully, shake up that corrupt system.

Hillary was described by many as a shrill and robotic type of candidate who did not have any sincerity about her. Even though Trump was dishonest, he was much more colloquial in his speech and attitude, giving him the outward appearance of someone who was more honesty and likeable.

Trump made no apologies for his abrasive attitude, which was attractive to people who were tired of the ‘fake’ persona that career politicians had. In many ways, Hillary was the worst candidate to run against someone like Trump because she was totally part of the political machine and dripped with insincerity.

Trump’s victory can be attributed to many factors, but one is that he was running against a candidate who arrogantly stuck to the status quo. Hillary never once showed any indication she took Trump or those who sympathized with the change he might have offered seriously.

This can be seen as one of the main reasons Hillary Clinton was considered an unpalatable candidate by many Americans.

How to be a great leader like Obama was

Barrack Obama

Barrack Obama is one of the best-remembered leaders of the 21st century so far. He was more than just the first non-white president of the United States, he was someone who managed to inspire millions with a unifying political agenda.

While Obama caused a lot of division and inspired a lot of hatred from his opponents, he managed to stay headstrong and not give in to despair. While he would often look tired and defeated, he never said anything that would make people lose hope.

Obama was ultimately a victim of a system that was no ready for the change he wanted to implement. Obama was curtailed at every turn, and despite his sincere efforts, was unable to create all of the changes he wanted to. Regardless, Obama is remembered as a good leader overall.

So, how was Obama a great leader, and how can you replicate that leadership?

1.   Use the term ‘we’ not ‘I’.

Obama famously used the term ‘we’ when making speeches. This straightforward choice of words meant that he was speaking to Americans as a collective that he was a part of, rather than him being a leader who looks down on them from the outside. This made him appealing as a leader for many people because he was relatable on that level.

2.   He wanted to unite people

Obama did not write of the half of the population that disagreed with him; he was always wanting to win them over. He did not dismiss his opponents, he focused on speaking about the things he believed in and did not acknowledge the opposition that was simply blind hatred.

3.   He was passionate

Obama had a fiery passion, especially in the early days before the weight of the presidency got to him. This inspired many people.
